The Lions Club of Malad-Borivli was formed under the Presidentship of Lion Purshottam Gattani in 1959. The Club has elite class of Presidents and has glorious history of over 50 years. 

Club is proud of Past president MJF Lion Shyamsunder G. Ruia who went on to become District Governor in the year 1997-98. Under his leadership the Club has achieved greater heights.
