1st Closed Door Meeting on Friday 29th September 2017

NOTICE is hereby given that the First Closed Door Meeting of Lions Club of Malad - Borivli for the Lionistic Year 2017-18 shall be held on Friday, 29th September 2017 at Prahladrai Dalmia Lions College, Malad (West), Mumbai, at 8.00 p.m.

Note:
a. Since it is Closed Door Meeting; Spouse, Cubs, Friends & Guests shall excuse us for our inability to allow them to attend.
b. The required quorum to start the meeting shall be the presence in person of the majority of the members in good standing.
c. The meeting shall be adjourned by Presiding Officer for 15 minutes for want of Quorum, after which whatever number of members in good standing present at Reconvened meeting on the same day & same place shall constitute to be Quorum to transact the Business on Agenda
